Return Policy

Returns: 

   Our ultimate goal is complete Customer Satisfaction. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct with no defective items and sent out in a timely manner. If you do experience a problem, please E-mail us immediately at 
sales@survivalgearkits.com so that we can work together to resolve it.
 
   
  
Returns are accepted if received by us within 21 days from the time the order is placed, as long as the products are returned in the same resellable condition, complete and unused as deemed by us. Shipping charges are not refundable.
   If the item(s) is defective we will replace the item and return the s
hipping cost. Only the item that is defective will be replaced; not the entire first aid / survival kit.  Do not return the entire first aid / survival kit, if only one item is defective.  

   E-mail us for a Return Shipping Address and your reason for the return so that we can work together to resolve the problem.   

   If UPS damages an item during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. We include $100. Insurance but insurance must be paid for in advance if you want your order insured for more than $100. Please contact us before we ship your order.
   Once your order is shipped, we have no further control over it.
   
  
By law, Food and water products cannot be returned for re-sale, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
